In a nutshell

You may ask to access, correct or download your information, or request deletion of your account. Some information may need to be retained where Threadline has a legal obligation to keep it.

Accessing your information

You may request access to the information Threadline holds about you and your child's Thread.

Some information is visible directly within Threadline. For a broader privacy request, contact us.

Correcting inaccurate information

You may ask to correct inaccurate information.

For information you can edit directly, update it within Threadline. If you cannot change something that you believe is inaccurate, contact our support team.

Downloading your information

You may request a copy or download of your information.

Contact us if the information you need is not available through the normal Threadline interface.

Deleting your account

You may ask us to delete your account.

If you close your account, deletion may be subject to legal obligations that require Threadline to retain certain records.

Good to know

Deleting an account is different from correcting one answer or removing an incorrectly uploaded document. If you are not sure which request you need, contact us before asking for full account deletion.
