In a nutshell
Threadline uses secure technology providers to host and process information. Our current Privacy Policy describes Australian data hosting where practical and explains that some technology providers may process information outside Australia.
Hosting and processing
Threadline uses technology services to store, organise and process information needed to provide the platform.
Our security safeguards include Australian data hosting where practical.
Can information be processed outside Australia?
Some technology providers that help us deliver Threadline may process information outside Australia.
Where this occurs, Threadline takes reasonable steps to ensure appropriate privacy and security protections are in place.
Good to know
We do not want to make a broader data-residency promise in the Guide than the one stated in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is the source of truth for Threadline's current data handling arrangements.
Why can this change?
The technology providers and infrastructure used to deliver Threadline may evolve as the platform develops.
If we make significant changes to our Privacy Policy, registered users will be notified before those changes take effect.
Have a specific privacy question?
