How we protect your information

In a nutshell

Protecting your family's information is a core part of how Threadline is designed. We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect information while it is stored and transmitted.

The information in Threadline can be sensitive

Preparing for an ADHD assessment may involve information about your child, family, school experiences, health history and previous assessments.

We recognise the trust involved in asking families to bring this information together.

Security safeguards

Threadline uses safeguards that include:

  • encryption while information is transmitted
  • encryption while information is stored
  • secure authentication
  • access controls
  • audit logging
  • regular security monitoring

These safeguards are designed to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Good to know

No online system can promise zero risk. We continuously work to protect your information and review how Threadline handles sensitive family information.

You also help keep your account secure
