Need financial assistance?

In a nutshell
If the cost of Threadline is preventing your family from proceeding, contact us. We consider requests for financial assistance individually and will try to help where we can.
Please contact us before deciding not to proceed
Preparing for an ADHD assessment can already involve significant time, uncertainty and expense.
If the Threadline fee is a genuine barrier for your family, we encourage you to contact our support team.
How requests are considered
Every family's circumstances are different.
We consider requests individually rather than asking families to fit a single set of circumstances.
While we cannot guarantee a particular outcome in every case, we will review your request and let you know whether we can assist.
Good to know
You do not need to provide sensitive financial documents in your first support message. Start by letting us know that cost is preventing you from proceeding.
How to contact us
Use the Need help? button in Threadline or the Threadline Guide to contact our support team.
In your message, simply tell us that you are asking about financial assistance for Threadline.
Clinical fees are separate
Any assistance provided by Threadline relates to the Threadline assessment preparation fee.
Fees charged by your child's GP, paediatrician, psychiatrist or other health professionals are separate and are set by those providers.
