Using an Access Code

In a nutshell
If a clinician or organisation has provided you with an Access Code, enter it during checkout before completing payment. Threadline will show the amount payable after the code is applied.
Where do I enter my Access Code?
During checkout, look for the Access Code section.
Enter the code exactly as it was provided to you, then apply it before completing payment.
Who provides Access Codes?
Access Codes may be provided by participating clinicians, healthcare organisations or other approved organisations.
Not every family will have an Access Code.
Good to know
You do not need an Access Code to use Threadline. If no code has been provided to you, continue through checkout normally.
My Access Code is not working
First, check:
- that the code has been entered exactly as provided
- that there are no extra spaces before or after the code
- that letters and numbers have not been confused
- whether the code has an expiry or other condition provided by the organisation that issued it
If the code still does not work, contact Threadline Support before completing payment.
What happens after the code is applied?
The checkout screen will show the amount payable after the Access Code has been applied.
Review the amount before entering or confirming payment.
If the amount does not look right, stop and contact Threadline Support so we can help check the code.
