How do I get started?

In a nutshell

Create your Threadline account, add your child's basic details and begin working through the guided assessment preparation journey. You do not need to have everything ready before you start.

Before you begin

It can be helpful to have:

your child's basic details
any previous reports you already have
the name and email address of a teacher who knows your child well

Do not worry if you do not have all of this yet.

You can begin with what you know and add more information later.

Start your child's assessment preparation

Once your account is set up, Threadline will guide you through a series of activities.

Each activity helps collect part of the information commonly used during an ADHD assessment.

You can work through the journey at your own pace.

Keep track of your progress

As you complete activities, Threadline shows what is finished, what is still outstanding and what you can work on next.

Your information is organised into your child's Assessment Package as you go.

Good to know

You do not need to complete everything in one sitting. Most families build their Assessment Package over time.
